With a strong background in both neurological and orthopedic spine surgery, he is dedicated to providing patient-centered care that focuses on improving function, reducing pain, and enhancing quality of life.

A recognized leader in spine surgery, Dr. Finn earned his medical degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He then completed his residency in Neurological Surgery at the University of Utah and pursued a fellowship in Orthopedic Spine Surgery at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Before joining Midwest Spine & Brain Institute, he served as an Associate Professor in the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, where he played a key role in clinical research and surgical education.
