Dr. Hart Garner is an extensively trained and experienced neurosurgeon specializing in complex spinal surgery, trauma of the spine and brain, and neurosurgical tumor surgery.

His general approach to patient care is to find the best solution for each individual patient’s problem taking into account their overall health and situation. His philosophy on surgery is to minimize the invasiveness of the care, finding the least disruptive treatment for the patient that will still fix the problem at hand.

Dr. Garner is trained and experienced in all areas of spine surgery including deformity surgery, disk replacement, microsurgery, and minimally invasive techniques He strives to be fully informative, considering all non-surgical treatments before recommending surgery.

Dr. Hart Garner, a Board-Certified neurosurgeon, completed his medical degree and residency in neurological surgery at the University of Minnesota. He is actively involved in the research and development of new techniques in minimally invasive surgery.
